Shipping Policy - Melvino Wines

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Melvino Wines Following are the terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

We know that your order arriving on time is essential to you! The total shipping time will be the Processing time + Delivery time.
Once you have placed an order, this cannot be canceled at any stage. The contract is completed on receipt of the order.
The estimated date for delivery of the products is set out in the Confirmation email, which will be sent within 24-48 hours after you have received a confirmation of the order email. This date is an estimate only, and we do not guarantee to deliver the products on that date.
Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our door to the time it gets to yours, you’ll always know where your package is.

Delivery time for all orders in stock is usually between 1- 4 days. Orders placed before 3 pm each day are processed and dispatched the same day.
Due to increases in the rate of orders, some wines may go out of stock, and we’ll need some extra days to restock before delivering to you. Kindly bear with us whenever this happens; we’ll always notify you of the status of your order.
Furthermore, delivery fees vary with your location in Ghana. Depending on your usual schedule, we recommend shipping your order to your work address or an address where an adult will be available to receive the package.
The Company is not responsible for shipment delayed situations that are outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe weather storm.
We understand that some wines you order may end up in bad condition due to delay or damage during delivery and that you may order excess wine by accident.
